Cold inclosing me
In a chill embrace
Wind scattering
My thoughts like the
Wandering lost leaves
As the days go on
I begin to see
Autumn hanging frost
In the Air.

Autumn in the Air
My day was very tiring, and so I'll leave you with a poem instead. I wrote it a few days ago, I think - late at night when the wind was dancing with the trees. (Yes, I am in love with Autumn.)

Squeee! *good shivers* I /love/ those last four lines.
Love it! Oooo...spooky! In a good way, though. Autumn is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI was going to quote my favorite bit, but andromanche beat me to it. Anyways, I love that bit.
ReplyDeleteMy only quibble is about whether 'incloses' is a word or not . . . 'encloses' is the proper word, I think?
Thanks for sharing your bit of autumn with me, though, since autumn down here isn't much like autumn at all!
