Oh my goodness, is this really what it looks like? Do you realise how very very lucky you are, my friend? To me this is something very fictional, very storybook, and quite unimaginable. Wow. Please say hello to those majestic snowy mountains for me next time you see them! I'd really love that. :) Saminda.
Yes, this is my view on sunny days. :) Now you know how I feel when I see pictures of Australia. Since it's a bit cloudy today, I'll say hello to them next time the sun shines.
I sort of saw some mountains once when I was in Denver, but I must say that the ones in Alaska look much better than those did. Well, plus the general unimpressiveness of the rest of the Colorado landscape kind of ruined that glimpse of the Rockies for me in the first place. . . .
Rivka: Kansas is pretty flat, ney? My brother is in college in a town right outside of Denver, so I see lots of pics of those mountains. I think they are both beautiful, but very different. I'll not tell my CO friends that you didn't like the flat parts. :) I'm sorry you didn't like the Rockies. I'm a bit of a mountain-lover, so any mountains, real ones anyways, are good for me!

Now, there is something you never get in Kansas.
